I was happy with everything but the clean or clear out person. He did not seem very truthful and therefore reliable. I know there was a lot of stuff much of which could or might have been very valuable to the new homeowner. I know I would have been happy to receive much of it. Many of the items were there to provide replacements for items in the house.
